CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME
+ Because of the busy holiday season, processing time is 2-3 weeks. If you have a deadline, please let me know in the Note To Seller at checkout and I will let you know if I am unable to meet it. If you don't hear from me, it's a yes!
+ Art prints, tote bags, stamps and notepads will be sent through USPS First Class or USPS International First Class. Postage will be added to the cost of the product at check out.
+ Mugs and invitations shipped within the United States will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Mugs are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded with tissue paper. Packaged single mugs weigh close to 2 lbs. Postage is added to the cost of the mug at check out.
+ Mugs shipping to international destinations will be sent USPS First Class International Mail and may take up to two weeks to arrive.
+ I try my best to offer fair shipping prices while taking in to account supplies, actual shipping costs and labor. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
+ If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please email with a picture (if broken) and I'll do my best to remedy the situation. Please report all damage/loss within 5 days of your item(s) arrival.
+ If a return is taking place, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
+ Item must be received in perfect condition before refund is issued.
+ Requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of item(s) arrival.
+ Custom design items are non-refundable.
+ We are unable to change or modify orders once they have been placed. So sorry for the inconvenience!
+ I'd be happy to include a gift note if you are shipping directly to your recipient. Just let me know what you'd like it to say in the Note To Seller at checkout.
+ All orders are sent to the address you enter/choose at checkout. I can send directly to your gift recipient, just be sure to enter the address in the "shipping" address field before you finalize your order.
